 *To qualify as a Student, you must submit a letter from your institution, on official letterhead, as proof of full-time enrollment as an undergraduate or postgraduate student. Full registration fees include the following:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions and exhibition area
  • Coffee breaks, lunches (June 16 & 17) and Welcome Reception (June 15)
  • Congress kit with the final program and proceedings
  • Can purchase pre-annual meeting workshops
  • Membership for June 1, 2014 - May 31, 2015 is included in Non-Member registrations

One-Day registration fees include the following:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions and exhibition area for the day purchased
  • Coffee break, lunch for day registered
  • Congress kit with the final program and proceedings
  • Can purchase pre-annual meeting workshops
  • Membership for June 1, 2014 - May 31, 2015 is included in Non-Member registrations

Workshop Only registration fees depend on which sessions are selected and provide access to only those sessions on Saturday June 14th and Sunday June 15th and no other conference activities.

Media registrations must be pre-approved by the HTAi Organizing Committee. Media Registration includes access to selected sessions. Please email for further information on Media Registrations.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS POLICY

Please note that all Annual Meeting Registration fees are subject to the Cancellation & Refund Conditions below.

To qualify for any of the reduced rates payment must be received by the deadline date indicated.

CANCELLATION NOTIFICATION & REFUNDS

  • Notification by 5:00PM MT May 12, 2014 - A refund will be granted less a USD $80.00 plus tax cancellation fee and a USD $60.00 plus tax administrative fee.
  • Notification by 5:00PM MT May 31, 2014 - A 50% refund will be granted less a USD $80.00 plus tax cancellation fee and a USD $60.00 plus tax administrative fee.
  • Notification received after 5:00PM MT May 31, 2014 are 100% non-refundable.

CHANGES / MODIFICATION / NAME SUBSTITUTION

  • Any change requiring assistance from the Annual Meeting Secretariat is subject to a USD $60.00 plus tax administrative fee
  • An alternate attendee name may be substituted if you are unable to attend the Annual Meeting. Changes can be made online through your email confirmation. Substitutions are subject to a USD $60.00 plus tax administrative fee only if you require assistance from the Annual Meeting Secretariat.

RE-VERIFICATION OR REPROCESSING OF A CREDIT CARD

Credit card payments that require reprocessing for any reason will incur a USD $75.00 plus tax administrative fee.

LETTER OF INVITATION

Individuals requiring an official Letter of Invitation from the conference organizers can request one through the online registration form or by contacting the HTAi 2014 Conference Secretariat at . To receive a Letter of Invitation, delegates must first register to the conference, pay in full and submit any required supporting documentation (if applicable).

The Letter of Invitation does not financially obligate the conference organizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the conference are the sole responsibility of the delegate.
